What it does
The Photo Enhancer is Enhancia’s core image-editing engine. It applies a set of purpose-built AI edits to a property photo, including sky replacement, color and white-balance normalization, perspective and lens-distortion correction, decluttering (by room or lawn), unfurnishing, facade cleanup, and resolution upscaling.
Each edit is a separate, targeted operation rather than one generic "auto-enhance" filter, so you can apply only what a specific photo needs - for example, fixing converging vertical lines on an exterior shot without touching its colors, or removing clutter from a bedroom without altering the sky.

Limitations & things to check
- Output quality depends on the input photo - a very dark, blurry, or heavily obstructed original will limit what any AI edit can recover.
- Each edit targets a specific problem (sky, color, perspective, clutter, etc.); there is no single "fix everything" button, by design, so results stay predictable.
- Always review the enhanced photo before publishing it to a listing - AI edits can occasionally introduce artifacts that a quick visual check will catch.
